3 watt, 12 volt polycrystalline solar panel I got off of ebay for around . It only puts out around 170 mah, but that will be boosted when it is wired with two other panels.

Quick review of a 12 volt CIGS panel that I picked up off of ebay. It puts out between 700-750 mah in good sunlight and is water proof. It measures a little on the large side at 5.5 ft by 1 ft wide, weight is around 3 lbs. This makes a great camping / emergency panel to charge and run 12 volt devices.
