Beautiful orrery(solar system model) avaiable in : www.orrerystore.com .A quick overview of my new solar system. The heart of the system is the 20 watt solar panel, hooked up to an 8 amp charge controller. I use the system to run a small dc fan daily and charge my various different storage batteries. The whole system was very affordable (not costing more than 0) and was very easy to piece together. This is not my first solar system, but the first that I built myself. Most of the parts came from ebay at very good prices. I started the system with a limited knowledge of solar, but thanks to what I've learned from various different websites, including videos from youtube, building it was easy. Later on I plan to make a series of videos to show the systems performance and also how you can build your own solar system for cheap. Check back for more updates soon!

This is a setup we did at walterstate collage. It consist of a solar panel at 1v 500MA. The engine consist of 0.5-3.0v. we made this just this weekend on saturday. It is pretty need and will be enjoying free fun with no burning of nasty smog!
