   You will never get the energy (wattage) you need to power an RC car from a solar cell that small, most calculator cells will give you .3vdc to about .75vdc with very low wattage when you have full sunlight on them. You will need a solar cell almost the size of the car to be able to use it and only with a lower voltage motor. You can go to ebay to see cells that will give you the wattage required to make an RC car go, but remember that voltage isn’t the only consideration. Good luck.
